About the role

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) outcomes
  • Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with NPI, Quality, Brand Marketing, Engineering, and Factory teams to achieve project objectives
  • Provide timely project status updates and flag key decisions to drive progress
  • Manage risks, resolve operational issues, and ensure necessary mitigation plans are in place
  • Maintain visibility of project costs, including tooling, trials, and write-offs, to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration across functions and markets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge sharing within the NPI community

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) or NPI
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong ownership
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; fluent in written and spoken English
  • Degree in Business Management and/or certifications in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
