About the role

  • As a member of the “Digital Customer Experience” (DCX) team, you support our clients throughout their digital transformation.
  • We analyze complex requirements, design tailored architectures, and implement them independently — using agile methods and a future-focused approach.
  • In your role as CX Architect MarTech & Digital Experience (m/f/d), you work in international project teams, design modern platform architectures, and integrate leading MarTech and DXP solutions that deliver real value.
  • You further design and develop digital architectures and integrate innovative B2C and B2B solutions into existing application landscapes — with a particular focus on MarTech and DXP platforms as well as eCommerce solutions.
  • Leveraging leading MarTech platforms such as Adobe, Acquia, and Salesforce, as well as various CMS and eCommerce solutions, falls within your responsibilities.
  • You integrate CMS, DAM, PIM, and commerce solutions into existing or newly developed customer architectures.
  • You actively contribute to proposal creation and collaborate closely with the global architecture and MarTech community.
  • In software development and IT consulting projects, you take on key roles, including leading and developing teams from a subject-matter perspective.

Requirements

  • A strong university degree in (business) computer science or a related field forms the basis of your expertise.
  • Several years of professional experience implementing Digital Experience Platforms in an architecture role are required.
  • You have experience designing modern marketing IT solutions based on the composable approach, where integration and migration play a decisive role.
  • Certifications across MarTech platforms, consulting experience, and a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) are part of your profile.
  • Strong communication skills, agility, a structured way of working, and a team-player mentality, as well as willingness to work in international project teams and to travel depending on project needs, round off your profile.
