About the role
- Design and build high-performance data platforms
- Utilize Databricks and Apache Spark to extract, transform, and load data into Azure Data Lake Storage
- Design and oversee the delivery of secure data warehouses and data lakehouses
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations
- Integrate Machine Learning into data pipelines using Databricks ML and Azure ML
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Data Architect
- Proven expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and data platforms
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Relevant Architecture certifications from Microsoft and Databricks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
