About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in Transformation & Run Teams.
  • Act as the technical authority for IAM solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across the organization.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams (Transformation & Run Team), IAM architects, and IAM stakeholders to ensure the right level of expertise and processes for our operations team.
  • Advise the customer on best practices and market trends.
  • Participate in the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions within the client’s environment.
  • Provide expert guidance on IAM technologies, ensuring alignment with security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues across multiple platforms.
  • Drive automation and process improvements for identity lifecycle management.
  • Mentor and support team members on IAM technologies and practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IAM Technical Lead or similar role in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of identity governance, privileged access management, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Strong expertise in AD, Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing and team development.
