About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and consulting positions
- Actively source and engage candidates through various channels
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their needs
- Organize priorities to meet business requirements effectively
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Good command of English (B2/C1 level)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Team player with organizational and analytical skills
