About the role
- Enhance Capgemini’s capacity to attract talent in your local market through a wide variety of initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and marketing to manage the content on our online career channels
- Build a best-in-class candidate experience from consideration to application
- Support local talent acquisition teams in presenting Capgemini and its roles in a relevant way
- Understand and analyze local candidate, employee, and market sentiments to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven focus
- Foster meaningful relationships with country/BU-based talent acquisition, HR and marketing and communication stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employer branding and candidate experience topics
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
- Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy.
