About the role

  • Within our Supply Chain Excellence Team, you will contribute to strategic transformation projects that deliver measurable business results across global operations.
  • As part of your role, you will lead international initiatives – from production optimization and planning improvements to network design and logistics refinement.
  • Guiding projects through the full lifecycle – from identifying challenges and developing concepts to hands-on implementation in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Operational leaders will benefit from your coaching and critical questioning as they work to elevate performance and embed sustainable improvements.
  • Working across our business units, you will help shape programs that impact entire value chains and unlock long-term value.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations, supply chain or business – completed with strong results
  • Proven track record of leading strategic and operational projects, with 4+ years of work experience in a leading management consultancy (must-have)
  • Strong understanding of lean principles, operational processes, and end-to-end thinking
  • Ability to structure complex problems, develop practical solutions, and implement them hands-on
  • Confident communicator across all levels – from shop floor to C-suite
  • Project management expertise and strong team orientation
  • Experience working in shop floor environments and international project settings
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel (50–75%), depending on project demands
  • Leadership skills – even without formal authority
