About the role

  • Establishing and nurturing Agile practices within a leading industrial equipment manufacturer
  • Setting up the Agile Framework from scratch, including defining team roles, workflows, and Agile practices tailored to the organization's specific needs
  • Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies for Embedded Testing Teams, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment and delivery
  • Configuring and managing Jira, including board setup, workflow customization, and reporting to support Agile project tracking and transparency
  • Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management
  • Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Agile methodologies, with proven success as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks, with relevant certifications (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to guide teams through Agile ceremonies effectively
  • Experience configuring and managing Agile tools, particularly Jira, to support team workflows and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across organizational levels
  • Coaching mindset and can effectively guide teams through Agile adoption and continuous improvement
  • Experience working in technical environments, with an understanding of software development and testing processes (experience in embedded systems is a plus)
