About the role
- Manage regulatory change projects ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
- Lead projects driven by regulatory mandates affecting issuing products
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, and resource requirements
- Communicate with senior management and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency
- Track and manage project budgets and risks
- Facilitate training and process updates to embed regulatory changes into operations
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in regulatory change projects
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (PSD2, FCA, PCI DSS, GDPR, EMV, SCA3DS)
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder delivery and compliance deadlines
- Experience in hybrid delivery, Agile stage gate, and large scale change governance
