About the role
- Be responsible for the completion of assigned works within allocated timeframes
- Undertake Project Tasks, supporting both internal and external Project Managers
- Undertake NSR tasks to agreed timescales
- Possess exceptional customer handling skills
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise and experience in IDAC (Ivanti Device Application Control) and or Defend point – this is essential for the role
- SCCM experience including OS deployment, application deployment, faulting finding, monitoring and reporting desired
- Automation - Understanding of Scripting technologies such as PowerShell, VB Scripting, and batch Files is beneficial
- Security – knowledge of disk encryption using bit locker, NTFS permissions and shared folder security is useful
- Working Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (ServiceNow)
