About the role
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business and technology leaders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple departments.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize costs and improve financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting for revenue, expenses, and headcount.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Assist in executive presentations and strategic decision-making support.
Requirements
- Strong strategic business partnering capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Solid experience in financial reporting and analysis; prior FP&A experience required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick adaptability and independent learning.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
