About the role

  • Serve as a critical link between supply chain operations and corporate accounting.
  • Ensure accurate costing processes, support inventory audits, and drive reconciliation between subledgers and the General Ledger.
  • Document workflows, enhance reporting, and provide training to internal teams, enabling compliance and improved financial visibility.
  • End-to-end costing module workflow.
  • Map system processes & identify key integration points.
  • Prepare for the Year-End Inventory Audits.
  • Reconcile variances between inventory subledgers & the General Ledger.
  • Create detailed documentation of costing workflows.
  • Train Finance & Corporate Reporting teams to become superusers.
  • Establish & maintain best practices for PO accrual clearing rules.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to enhance margin reporting.
  • Support analysis of yield results (BCF Yield) as they relate to costing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree - Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of inventory costing principles and accounting standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems & costing modules (Oracle Fusion).
  • Excellent documentation & process mapping skills.
