About the role
- Develop and implement process improvement plans to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Analyze process data, identify root causes of problems, and recommend solutions to address issues.
- Benchmarks on digital standards is best practices with other factories.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Establish metrics to measure process performance and monitor progress towards improvement goals.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure process improvements align with overall business objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or similar roles.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in using process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, PDCA or Kaizen.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of VBA and SQL
- Effective communication and presentation skills; able to train and mentor teams.
