About the role
- Act as a bridge between business areas and the technical team
- Analyze processes, gather requirements, propose improvements, and monitor the implementation of solutions
- Understand the needs of business areas and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce
- Map current processes and propose improvements aligned with platform best practices
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including flows, use cases, and specifications
- Perform basic configurations in Salesforce (objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards)
- Support the definition of test scenarios, execute functional tests, and validate deliverables
- Prepare materials and conduct training sessions for end users
- Ensure that solutions comply with internal policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience as a functional analyst or consultant on Salesforce projects
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, reports)
- Knowledge of documentation tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
- Good communication and ability to translate technical requirements into business language
- Analytical and solution-oriented profile
- Desirable: Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
