About the role

  • Provide leadership in business development and consulting for intelligent manufacturing transformation projects
  • Lead sales, business development, and consulting initiatives for intelligent manufacturing solutions
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with clients and partners to identify, solution, and deliver impactful projects
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Be an expert and a visionary in manufacturing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in go-to-market sales, business development, consulting, or strategy roles focused on manufacturing operations, quality, service, or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver solutions in complex, client-facing environments
  • Exposure to multiple industries, with a strong foundation in manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and ability to develop impactful presentations
  • Fluent with AI/GenAI, data analytics and software platforms manufacturing systems
  • Experience enabling large transformation programs within manufacturing
  • Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities within Industry 4.0
  • Experience developing value propositions, proposals, managing contract execution, financial project delivery
  • Experience in AI/GenAI approaches and manufacturing enablement using AI solutions
