About the role
- Monitor and facilitate daily meetings related to supply crises.
- Define and track action plans with suppliers and internal teams.
- Coordinate plant requirements and supplier capacities to establish procurement plans.
- Implement or accelerate supply flows to prevent stockouts or disruptions.
- Identify alternative solutions in collaboration with Quality and Engineering teams.
- Ensure daily reporting and update tracking tools.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- First experience (internship/final project accepted) or recent graduate with a strong interest in flow management and industrial dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and ease coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, a strong sense of priorities, and organizational rigor.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and ability to report effectively.
- Advanced level in French and English.
