About the role

  • Drive end-to-end migration strategy for Informatica on-prem to cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of migration projects within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Manage multiple workstreams including data migration, code refactoring, and integration with cloud services
  • Assess current Informatica environment (PowerCenter, MDM, IDQ) and define migration roadmap
  • Collaborate with architects to design target cloud architecture leveraging Informatica IDMC/IICS
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during migration
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
  • Implement governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational standards
  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments; run ceremonies and drive accountability
  • Provide guidance and support to technical leads and migration specialists

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Program/Delivery Management for Informatica Power Centre to Cloud migration
  • Proven track record in cloud migration projects, specifically Informatica MDM and ETL
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and integration patterns
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
