Drive end-to-end migration strategy for Informatica on-prem to cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of migration projects within agreed timelines and budgets
Manage multiple workstreams including data migration, code refactoring, and integration with cloud services
Assess current Informatica environment (PowerCenter, MDM, IDQ) and define migration roadmap
Collaborate with architects to design target cloud architecture leveraging Informatica IDMC/IICS
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during migration
Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors
Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
Implement governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational standards
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies
Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments; run ceremonies and drive accountability
Provide guidance and support to technical leads and migration specialists

Requirements

10+ years in Program/Delivery Management for Informatica Power Centre to Cloud migration
Proven track record in cloud migration projects, specifically Informatica MDM and ETL
Hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and integration patterns
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
