About the role

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
  • Focus on digital ordering growth, mobile solutions, and customer experience
  • Manage large-scale initiatives from inception to closure
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets (multi-million Capex/Opex)
  • Ensure successful implementation of digital projects
  • Work closely with executives and IT teams
  • Gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • 15+ years in digital architecture, preferably in QSR
  • Proven track record in mobile solution design and implementation
  • Experience with global delivery models for large-scale engagements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong understanding of GTM technology transformation solutions
  • Certifications in Digital architecture, mobile development, or AI certifications are a plus
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale programs globally.
