About the role

  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Guidewire PolicyCenter and related modules
  • Validate policy lifecycle workflows including quoting, binding, issuance, and endorsements
  • Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for PolicyCenter
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure requirements coverage
  • Conduct API testing for Guidewire integrations with external systems
  • Support automation testing using Selenium or similar tools
  • Log defects, track resolutions, and maintain test documentation
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter testing
  • Good understanding of Insurance domain (Policy lifecycle, rating, underwriting)
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, ALM)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Rest Assured) and scripting in Java
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
