About the role

  • Cross-functional internal collaboration: Studio, Communications Department, Finance Department, Executive Management and their teams
  • Assist in preparing strategic presentations for Top Management and the JPG Executive Committee (Comex)
  • Support the execution of sales and operations channel strategies (E‑commerce, Wholesale, Merch and other cross-functional projects)
  • Strengthen project management processes within the Sales and Operations department: tracking tools, meetings, follow-ups, and project oversight
  • Contribute to the production of qualitative and quantitative wholesale reports (weekly, monthly, end-of-season, post-showroom) by product and by client
  • Assist in organizing showrooms: preparing collection and client files, and managing showroom logistics
  • Support client and operational follow-up: market research, sending marketing materials to clients, updating the client database, tracking communications and coordinating sample requests with the production department

Requirements

  • Business school student: Master’s level (Bac +5) or MBA, specializing in business development
  • Strong work capacity in a demanding environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal qualities
  • Proactive, autonomous, versatile and punctual
  • Excellent command of English and French is essential
  • A third language such as Italian, Spanish or Japanese is a plus
