About the role

  • Create, maintain and verify planning files, sales-related analyses and reports using the company’s internal innovative systems and programs
  • Provide varied administrative and system-related support to our inside and field sales teams on organizational, technical and product-related issues
  • Collaborate with IT regarding the digital equipment of our local employees
  • Prepare data, figures and facts for the creation of customer presentations
  • Perform general invoice checks and subsequent processing
  • Manage product lists for our new product launches
  • Administer store display/visual merchandising agreements and perform invoice verification
  • Provide monthly customer sales figures to our retailers by brand, month and store
  • Responsible for sending price lists to our local customers
  • Maintain concession lists for our Customer Service team in Barcelona
  • Order necessary office supplies
  • Filing, booking/entries, shipping, etc.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales
  • Enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
  • Excellent manners and strong communication skills in face-to-face and telephone contacts
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation, resilience and quick comprehension
  • Structured working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills; experience with SAP applications and additional IT knowledge is an advantage
