About the role
- Responsible for achieving business targets and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure a first-class, brand-appropriate welcome and sales process for our customers.
- Monitor all clienteling activities to foster customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and share relevant insights with the company’s stakeholders.
- Build and maintain local networks and communities in Berlin.
- Work closely with the marketing team to organize image-building events.
- Identify potential corporate clients and initiate partnerships.
- Recruit, coach and motivate the store team, currently consisting of 4 team members.
- Define and monitor qualitative and quantitative goals for the store team and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable legal requirements.
- Organize and execute product launches in the store.
- Ensure optimal product presentation in line with company standards.
- Manage inventory control and ensure the store is stocked appropriately, taking into account each product’s sales potential.
- Conduct and take responsibility for store inventories.
- Communicate company policies and ensure team compliance.
- Responsible for staff planning and creating schedules in our digital tool.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, fashion and luxury, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable role.
- Enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer experience, brand loyalty and a strong host mentality.
- Proactive, self-driven work style with a results- and sales-oriented mindset and approach.
- Excellent communication skills, team orientation and mentoring capabilities.
- Accountability for store operations and KPIs, combined with flexibility, quick responsiveness and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Act as a brand ambassador for one of the world’s most sought-after niche brands.
- Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and digital tools, with very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
