About the role
- Analyze non-conformities and deviations identified during manufacturing or inspection
- Support or participate in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and prepare technical quality assessments
- Ensure MRB dispositions (use-as-is, repair, rework, scrap) comply with Airbus requirements
- Track corrective actions and ensure proper closure
- Ensure compliance with Airbus quality standards, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Contribute to quality performance monitoring and reporting
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in a quality role within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of First Article Inspection (FAI), Material Review Board (MRB) processes, and non-conformance management
- Knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100 / AS9102) is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in French and English
