About the role

  • Support RM Central for Private Advisor Services by translating business needs into technical deliverables
  • Coordinate releases and ensure operational stability
  • Elicit and document requirements process flows and user stories for RM Central
  • Partner with Salesforce developers and QA to drive solution delivery and testing readiness
  • Monitor production triage incidents and coordinate root cause analysis and fixes
  • Maintain knowledge artifacts SOPs and configuration documentation
  • Support release planning, change management, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • 5 years in technology business analysis roles
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and RM Central workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and coordination
  • Insurance financial services experience preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance
