About the role
- coordinate daily operations by managing task allocation for creative team members based on their strengths and expertise
- facilitate daily meetings and monitor task progress to ensure timely completion
- maintain and update the pipeline tracker across all project streams
- serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project intake and general queries
- support senior team members with operational processes, including reporting and invoicing
- track and reconcile expenses according to company procedures
- assist in organizing events and procuring external services from vendors
- onboard new team members and ensure compliance with team processes
- identify opportunities for process improvement and technology implementation
Requirements
- B2/C1-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- strong communication skills and positive, solution-oriented attitude
- experience working with diverse teams across different cultures
- excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with digital tools
- organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment
- proactive mindset with ability to suggest and implement new ideas
- nice to have: experience in a corporate marketing function or creative agency
- nice to have: knowledge of project management tools such as Teamwork.com
- nice to have: familiarity with Office 365 and Co-Pilot
