About the role
- Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication and deliverable integration
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and financial reports, ensuring compliance with contracts and objectives
- Act as the primary operational and technical point of contact for the client, handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage risks and changes (Change Control), including impact on timelines and resources
- Support the definition of roadmaps and service evolution, aligning with the client’s strategic vision
- Lead governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure structured handover at project closure
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in technology environments
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2)
- Experience in financial management and margin control (TCV, P&L, cash flow)
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow
- Certifications are a plus
- Fluent in English (minimum C1)
