About the role
- Supporting day-to-day logistics operations by troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration between systems and operations.
- Managing SAP processes and master data governance, ensuring data integrity and system functionality for optimal operational performance.
- Handling EDI connections with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to resolve issues and implement improvements for enhanced supply chain efficiency.
- Participating in process harmonization and continuous improvement projects that align with global supply chain strategies.
- Providing first-level support and training for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize systems and follow standardized processes.
- Representing operations in cross-functional projects and occasionally assisting with urgent order and shipment execution during peak periods.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain environments with demonstrated SAP expertise.
- Practical knowledge of interfaces/EDI and understand how they integrate with operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and integrate complex processes.
- Fluency in English, with French language skills being advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with strong team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
