About the role
- We are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with strong technical expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics systems.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands‑on hardware development, testing, debugging, component selection, layout proficiency, and leadership capabilities to drive work packages independently while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Analog, Digital & Power Electronics circuits.
- Experience in high‑voltage hardware development and testing.
- Hands‑on experience in soldering, hardware rework, and troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of MATLAB / LTSpice / MATHCAD (any one).
- Expertise in schematic & PCB layout tools; Altium Designer preferred.
- Deep understanding of layout rules, design constraints, creepage/clearance, EMI/EMC, and thermal aspects.
- Experience in simulation, analysis, and validation techniques.
- Familiar with embedded C (basic) for microcontroller/interfacing support.
