About the role
- Analyze dimensional variations in vehicle exterior, interior, and chassis system assembly processes
- Collaborate in R&D and engineering services across industries
- Apply statistical process control and measurement data analysis to ensure quality standards
- Conduct RSS stack up studies and utilize VSA/3DCS tools for analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 6 to 10 years of experience in engineering
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Knowledge in vehicle assembly process
- Experience with ASME / ISO GD&T standard
- Hands on experience in chassis parts and their assembly
- Proficiency in NX CAD tool and Teamcenter or PLM application
- Knowledge in gauge and fixture concept design
- Good communication and presentation skills
