About the role
- Focused on executing tests for client marketing campaigns and web applications
- Responsible for evaluating whether a campaign, application, or service meets high standards and expectations for quality (E.g., functionality, usability, performance)
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to identify potential issues in a campaign or application
- Prepare finding reports for project leaders to review
Requirements
- Manual testing experience which includes functional, regression, and integration testing of websites, microsites, landing pages, emails, and other digital channel deliverables
- Comfort communicating and interacting with Project Managers, Developers, Creatives, and DevOps/Operations Engineers
- Experience with writing and executing test cases/test scripts for moderate and complex campaigns
- Comfort contributing to the development of test plans for moderate and complex campaigns
- Experience with cross-browser and platform/OS compatibility testing
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA add-ons
- Attention to small details
