About the role
- Develop and execute site-level manufacturing strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in strategic planning and execution
- Ability to introduce best practices and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong change leadership, communication, and people development skills
