About the role

  • Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions or applications.
  • Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
  • Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Total 10+ year of experience in IT industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Primarily responsible for analyzing, debugging and resolving production support issues
  • Develop functional knowledge of the application and gain Subject Matter Expert level knowledge
  • Strong experience in Java 8 / 11, Spring, Spring batch, Spring boot, Hibernate, Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Proficient in AWS Load Balancers, EC2, ECS, Lambda, Cloudwatch Monitoring, CDK scripts, Gitlab pipelines
  • Knowledge with Linux commands, shell scripting
  • Able to analyze Splunk logs and Dynatrace monitoring, performance and provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Strong documentation skills and problem solving abilities
  • Should be willing to work and resolve tickets as per Incident SLAs
  • Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries
  • Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to issues with in application
  • Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
