Requirements

Total 10+ year of experience in IT industry
Bachelor’s degree
Primarily responsible for analyzing, debugging and resolving production support issues
Develop functional knowledge of the application and gain Subject Matter Expert level knowledge
Strong experience in Java 8 / 11, Spring, Spring batch, Spring boot, Hibernate, Oracle, PostgreSQL
Proficient in AWS Load Balancers, EC2, ECS, Lambda, Cloudwatch Monitoring, CDK scripts, Gitlab pipelines
Knowledge with Linux commands, shell scripting
Able to analyze Splunk logs and Dynatrace monitoring, performance and provide recommendations to improve performance
Strong documentation skills and problem solving abilities
Should be willing to work and resolve tickets as per Incident SLAs
Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries
Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to issues with in application
Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
