- Manage agent onboarding/offboarding in Five9 VCC
- Conduct proactive health checks and generate performance reports
- Analyze call logs, usage trends, and audit reports
- Serve as primary liaison between vendors for issue escalation
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Five9 VCC and Verint
- Administer Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Office 365 telephony services
- Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation
- Support third-party integrations
