About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization
- Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals
- Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions
- Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation
Requirements
- 10+ years in process consulting or management consulting
- Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and Agentic automation
- Experience with UiPath, Celonis and/or SAP Signavio
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Prior leadership roles in consulting firms
