About the role
- Lead and manage a team of performance engineers and SMEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high performance and professional growth
- Drive end-to-end performance engineering delivery, innovation in performance testing space, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SAFe methodologies as a certified Agile practitioner
- Perform performance bottleneck detection, root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with product and development teams to track and remediate performance issues
- Optimize and monitor Native Mobile applications for performance, profiling, and resource utilization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance engineering
- 4+ years managing end-to-end delivery and driving innovation
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter; knowledge of other industry-standard tools desirable
- Expertise in at least one APM tool (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, PerfMon, Splunk, JProfiler)
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Experience with Native Mobile application performance optimization and monitoring
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with architects and developers for requirement gathering
