About the role
- Resolving incoming queries related to invoices and payments
- Communicating with clients and various Capgemini teams across the world
- Preparing basic reports and analysis
- Identifying and resolving issues related to invoices pending for payment
- Analyzing statements, reminders, and other accounting notes
Requirements
- Proficiency in French and English at B2 level or higher
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
