About the role
- Responsible for aligning business vision with Salesforce roadmap
- Evaluate stakeholder feedback and assess current Salesforce usage to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunity areas
- Define a clear, prioritized, and actionable strategic vision and roadmap for Salesforce adoption
- Serve as a liaison and visible leader between the working team and executive leadership
- Provide independent validation of recommended direction and make firm, evidence-based recommendations for the resource model
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as a Defense Business Architect
- Experience aligning SFDC technologies with both prospect business goals and technical requirements
- Technical and business requirements gathering
- Establish sustainable support and governance structures (e.g., community of practice, POCs, monthly progress cadence)
- Identify and recommend quick wins that are achievable within current constraints
- Ability to translate roadmap into a prioritized backlog with acceptance criteria and business impact
