About the role

  • Responsible for aligning business vision with Salesforce roadmap
  • Evaluate stakeholder feedback and assess current Salesforce usage to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunity areas
  • Define a clear, prioritized, and actionable strategic vision and roadmap for Salesforce adoption
  • Serve as a liaison and visible leader between the working team and executive leadership
  • Provide independent validation of recommended direction and make firm, evidence-based recommendations for the resource model

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience as a Defense Business Architect
  • Experience aligning SFDC technologies with both prospect business goals and technical requirements
  • Technical and business requirements gathering
  • Establish sustainable support and governance structures (e.g., community of practice, POCs, monthly progress cadence)
  • Identify and recommend quick wins that are achievable within current constraints
  • Ability to translate roadmap into a prioritized backlog with acceptance criteria and business impact
