About the role

  • Lead consulting engagements to solve clients’ toughest problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and support their success and growth
  • Expand Capgemini’s presence by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and achieving commercial success
  • Shape practice strategy, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence to strengthen Capgemini’s capabilities

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years)
  • Track record of success in leading large-scale transformation programs within engineering and manufacturing
  • Deep knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense sector (key players, product segments, processes, trends and challenges)
  • Appetite to support growth in other industries beyond A&D, including Automotive, Energy and High-tech sectors
  • Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE / MBE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations), digital twins, and digital threads
  • Understanding of the potential of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and their applications in driving innovation and efficiency within the Aerospace & Defense sector
  • Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to develop and implement engineering transformation roadmaps in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Experience in setting up and industrializing target operating and execution models to enhance efficiency
  • Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.
