About the role

  • Lead consulting engagements to solve clients’ toughest problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and support their success and growth
  • Expand Capgemini’s presence by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and achieving commercial success
  • Shape practice strategy, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence to strengthen Capgemini’s capabilities

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years)
  • Experience in delivering major engineering, software-related initiatives with measurable impact
  • Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations)
  • Hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), digital twins, and digital threads
  • Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives
  • Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need
