About the role

  • Managing on-site relationships with clients
  • Leading project workstreams
  • Supporting practice development through sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement
  • Leading CRM and omnichannel transformation initiatives, especially with Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Advising on CRM strategy, system configuration, and business process improvements across commercial, medical, and field teams
  • Guiding blended teams to deliver transformation projects on schedule
  • Analyzing data, developing client recommendations, and designing strategic roadmaps
  • Implementing AI-driven CRM strategies for personalized, cross-channel engagement
  • Assessing CRM capabilities, defining Salesforce requirements, and supporting configuration/testing

Requirements

  • 5+ years in management consulting or industry, focused on Pharma/Life Sciences, especially Sales & Marketing
  • Strong omnichannel, CRM, and digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce (Health/Sales Cloud), CRM implementations, and omnichannel orchestration
  • Skilled in AI/GenAI, data analysis, and process automation
  • Demonstrated consulting competencies: meeting/workshop facilitation, deck writing, client interviewing, issue and data analysis, process design, and change management
  • Experience leading workstreams and small teams
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Valid Salesforce certification (Administrator or higher)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-75%
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
