About the role
- Gather requirement from Business
- Document them and explain to Developers or other members from IT to carry them out
- Involve in cross team discussions and regular Agile events
- Conceptualize the solution framework and prepare the business specification documents
- Set up review meetings for documents requiring approval
Requirements
- 4-8 years of Experience in requirement gathering
- Japanese Fluency is required
- English business level is preferred
- Knowledge on application design and Insurance Information Architecture is nice to have
- Knowledge of using tools like JIRA, Confluence in good to have
- Knowledge on UML, Business Process Modeling is Nice to have
