About the role

  • Digitally resolve customer issues with professionalism and integrity to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and use Excel/MS Office tools to document and analyze cases
  • Communicate with customers via digital and call channels (support and de-escalation)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote customer retention
  • Manage multiple interactions and prioritize requests and concerns
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team to meet service objectives
  • Participate in 3-4 months onsite training, then transition to hybrid work in Taguig, Manila

Requirements

  • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
  • Minimum 1.5 years of international contact center experience
  • Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Well versed with Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Prior digital/call center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to de-escalate customer frustration
  • Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and objectively
  • Dedication to the customer experience and ability to build/maintain strong relationships
  • Team oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and interactions while prioritizing requests and concerns
  • Sound decision making and ability to adapt to accelerating changes
  • For remote work: secure workspace and effective internet connectivity required
  • Willingness to work in McKinley, Taguig; 3-4 months onsite training before hybrid
