About the role
- Specialized in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
- Design and configure Service Contract Management modules, contract templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing functionality across implementations.
- Support service and supplier contract agreements, configurable service packages, contract renewals, flexible billing, and integrated entitlement processing.
- Provide rotational shift coverage and weekend on-call support.
- Collaborate with client teams to deliver Oracle Cloud implementations and cloud transformation projects.
Requirements
- Specialized in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.
- Completed at least 2 implementations involving design and configuration of Service Contract Management modules, including contract templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Completed at least 2 implementations involving Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing.
- Hands-on experience supporting service and supplier contract agreements, configurable service packages, contract renewals, flexible billing, integrated entitlement processing.
- Experience Level: Experienced Professionals.
