About the role

Develop and maintain advanced autonomous software solutions
Provide strategic direction and technical leadership while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets exceptional performance standards
Design and implement cutting-edge features using advanced data structures, algorithms (DSA), and object-oriented programming principles
Lead the full software development lifecycle from complex requirements analysis through architecture design, coding, testing, and successful deployment
Develop robust WPF applications with clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code that adheres to best design principles
Create and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data management and retrieval for autonomous systems
Oversee the integration of software with advanced hardware components to optimize autonomous operations
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in technical areas including OOP concepts, design patterns, and WPF development.

Good conversational English skills (B2, C1, C2)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
4-6 years of experience in software development (Mid & Senior levels)
Expert proficiency in C# programming language and strong command of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts
Demonstrated experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) development (must-have)
Proven ability to write and optimize SQL queries for complex data operations
Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns with experience applying them to real-world problems
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and excellent problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively across teams.
