About the role
- Take ownership of project deliverables and mentor teammates.
- Contribute to the configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex business solutions.
- Support integrations with ERP, CRM, middleware, and custom applications.
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions for integration projects.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration specialists.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development and system integration.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., ERP, HRIS, custom apps).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft (or similar middleware).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and integration patterns.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve issues independently.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with developers, admins, and business users.
