Manager

• Supports Nursing and Allied Health in overseeing the daily operations, development, and strategic planning of nursing skills and simulation labs.
• Facilitates positive learning experiences for students by providing support through guidance and mentoring in a lab environment.
• Assists in coordinating remediation and re-testing by lab faculty with appropriate faculty member, course, and program competencies.
• Establishes and maintains congruity between the nursing labs on the Coon Rapids and Cambridge Campuses and serves as the lead worker for the staff in both labs.
• Oversees the supply procurement process, inventory control and management, and supply distribution to departments on both campuses.
• Ensures the Nursing and Allied Health Program labs are safe, well-equipped, and student-ready at the start of the fall and spring semesters.
• Conducts recruitment, orientation, and community engagement activities as well as attending orientations and bootcamp.
