About the role
- Design and build systems that make AI the engine behind hypnotherapy, personalised coaching, and mind–body care.
- Pioneer application of LLMs, speech recognition, and generative voice in digital therapeutics.
- Work hand-in-hand with clinicians and product teams to ensure clinically meaningful, empathetic AI.
- Build, test, and scale training and inference systems for LLMs and conversational AI.
- Design real-time pipelines for voice interaction, coaching, and personalised therapy delivery.
- Optimise data pipelines, tokenisation, and distributed training workflows.
- Develop observability and evaluation frameworks measuring clinical safety, quality, and empathy.
- Debug large-scale training, inference, and deployment issues and translate research into production.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in LLM development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Applied experience with AI personalisation systems, conversational AI, and voice technologies.
- Familiarity with behavioural science or psychology to support empathetic, safe AI outputs.
- Proven ability to manage AI infrastructure (MLOps/LLMOps), from training pipelines to monitoring.
- Skilled in building evaluation protocols and safety guardrails for sensitive applications.
- A collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset, excited to pioneer AI in healthcare.
