• Build, test, and scale training and inference systems for LLMs and conversational AI.
• Design real-time pipelines for voice interaction, coaching, and personalised therapy delivery.
• Optimise data pipelines, tokenisation, and distributed training workflows.
• Develop observability and evaluation frameworks measuring clinical safety, quality, and empathy.
• Debug large-scale training, inference, and deployment issues and translate research into production.
