• Support Senior CSMs in managing and executing research projects, ensuring organization and an efficient workflow.
• Manage and keep information up to date in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Organize and structure materials and documents essential for project progress.
• Coordinate communication and alignment with internal teams, ensuring all project stages proceed in an integrated and effective manner.
• Clearly understand research briefings and internally manage the different phases of the project.
• Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous requests, ensuring projects are delivered within established deadlines.
• Maintain clear, fluid, and assertive communication with clients, leading project and account management with excellence.
• Use project management tools to coordinate activities and ensure the operational efficiency of the Market Research team.
