  • Support Senior CSMs in managing and executing research projects, ensuring organization and an efficient workflow.
  • Manage and keep information up to date in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Organize and structure materials and documents essential for project progress.
  • Coordinate communication and alignment with internal teams, ensuring all project stages proceed in an integrated and effective manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication or related fields — expected graduation date from December 2028 onward.
  • Ability to understand the new objectives of companies and agencies that are growing in the Brazilian market.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Clear and assertive verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic about brands (brand lover) and about finding answers through research.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and results-driven culture.
  • Ability or willingness to learn and use activity and project management tools, work frameworks, and processes.
